Growing up, I spent summers with my grandparents, and my grandpa was an active member of DAV. Every summer, the local chapter made and sold kettle corn at the county fair, then stood outside the local grocery store asking for donations and handing out forget-me-nots.

Now that my grandpa is older and cannot help as much, I wanted to continue supporting the organization he spent so much of his life helping. That is why I will donate 10% of all proceeds to DAV, Disabled American Veterans, with the goal of doing more as the store grows.
